HIGH POINT, N.C. – North Greenville University's Kenzie Pierce has been named Conference Carolinas Women's Volleyball Player of the Week for matches played during the week of Oct. 30 - Nov. 5, the Conference announced today.
Pierce, a senior from Winston-Salem, N.C., led the Crusaders to the South Division title last week with a 3-1 win over Southern Wesleyan. In the victory, Pierce notched her 1,000th kill by putting away 17 kills to go with seven digs and two service aces.
Pierce currently ranks sixth in hitting percentage (.253) in the Conference Carolinas statistical standings.
