Mount Olive's Hanle Named Division II All-America by USTFCCCA


NEW ORLEANS, LA. – All-America honorees for NCAA Division II Cross Country were recognized on Monday (Dec. 3) by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following last weekend’s NCAA national championships.

Athletes of member institutions who finished in the top-40 of their respective races this past weekend earned the honors. Conference Carolinas had one individual earn All-America honors. University of Mount Olive's Leah Hanle captured the honors with a seventh-place finish in the women's 6k race.

Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 11 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, and Southern Wesleyan University.
