West joined the conference office as the director of championships in July of 2026 following a two-year stint at Lincoln Memorial University, where she served as an athletic administration graduate assistant. She also served as support staff for the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) at four spring championships.
With the SAC, West supported the SAC championship operations at the indoor and outdoor track & field, basketball, and beach volleyball championships. She assisted in numerous areas, including award preparation, promotions, hospitality, and merchandising.
While in Harrogate, Tennessee, West managed the game day operations for the Railsplitters that included facility setup, event workers, and the timeliness for each home event. She served as the game day operations manager for the 2026 NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Southeast Region Championship, where she coordinated all the logistics for the seven visiting teams and officials as well as team hospitality, tournament signage and participant communication.
West also assisted with budget oversight, as well as ticket sales, event management, and campus safety, to help guarantee all events ran smoothly. West helped launch athletic department programming and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) meetings and developed a campus engagement of more than 500 students. She was also the primary liaison for the L Club, the University’s booster club, and secured new corporate partnerships for Lincoln Memorial.
West earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2024 from Converse University before earning her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management from Lincoln Memorial in 2026.
