A native of Eldoret, Kenya, Kosgei earned her third Runner of the Week award this season with a personal-best time at the UAH DII Festival Year Showcase on Saturday at the John Hunt Cross Country Park in Huntsville, Alabama.
The sophomore finished 35th in the 396-runner field with a 5k time of 18:06.30 which tied a nine-year-old program record and helped the Braves finish 16th in a loaded field.
