A sophomore from Madrid, Spain, Ungo stole the show at a tri-meet with Berry (Ga.) and Montevallo as she earned three individual titles and swam on a first-place relay.
As an individual she won the 200 freestyle in 1:57.48, which ranks No. 68 in NCAA Division II, took the crown in the 100 butterfly with a time of 58:09 to rank 37th nationally and won the 200 butterfly with the 23rd-best time this season (2:11.75). She also anchored the 400 freestyle relay which won the event in 3:47.87. The relay ranks 32nd nationally and Ungo split 55.02.
