A redshirt sophomore from Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, Seliga tallied a 5-0 mark at the Midwest Classic to claim the 125-pound bracket at the prestigious event. He picked up three bonus-point victories, including an injury default a minute into the championship match against Brendon Garcia of Adams State. In addition, he also upset fourth-ranked Brandon Mendoza of Tiffin (5-3 decision) in the semifinals.
