A redshirt sophomore from Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, Seliga picks up the honor for the second straight week after capturing another individual title.
Seliga registered four-straight major decisions in securing the 125-pound tournament title at the Citrus Invitational last week. Seliga outscored his opponents, 39-4, in the tournament. He defeated Gavin Bradley of Castleton, 8-0, in the championship bout.
