A native of Windermere, Florida, Crain led the Crusaders to a 62-59 victory over Wingate on Friday, Dec. 30. The 5-foot-9 sophomore forward scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds to go with four steals, three assists and a block in 38 minutes. She shot 50 percent (6-of-12) from the field and made 4-of-5 free throws in the victory. She currently leads Conference Carolinas in scoring at 16.5 points per game.
