Da Silva picks up the honor for the second straight month.
Da Silva was strong at the prestigious Fall Frenzy Invite in Charlotte in November, earning three meet records, two school records and five NCAA national cuts.
In the 200 breaststroke, Da Silva finished first in a new meet record, new school record and NCAA national qualifying time of 1:56.51. In the 100 breaststroke, Da Silva finished first overall in 52.60. In doing so he captured a new meet record, an NCAA national championship A automatic qualifying time and the current No. 1 time in the country.
In the 400 free relay, the A relay (Da Silva, Semenov, Mielniczuk, Kielczewski) finished 2
nd overall in an NCAA national qualifying time of 2:58.84
