A freshman from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Jativa was 2-0 in singles play and 2-0 in doubles action to help the Flying Fleet to a pair of wins. Against Coker she defeated Tamara Macias at the No. 2 position, 6-1, 6-4, and teamed with Teodora Stefanovic at the No. 2 doubles spot to win 7-6 (5). She wrapped the week against North Greenville where she defeated Hannah Hill at No. 2, 6-0, 4-6, 1-0 and again teamed with Stefanovic to earn a doubles win, 6-0.
