Barton junior Connor Patterson pitched seven shutout innings to go along with 10 strikeouts in the Bulldogs' 13-1 victory over Southern Wesleyan last Thursday at Nixon Field. The left-handed pitcher from Randleman, North Carolina allowed only three hits in the game and held Southern Wesleyan to just a .130 batting average.
