A senior right-hander from Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Walter went 3-0 with a 0.67 ERA with three complete games for the Tornado with 12 strikeouts and three walks. She allowed two runs on 12 hits on the week and held the opponent to a .156 average. She tossed back-to-back three-hit shutouts against Mount Olive and UNC Pembroke on April 20 and 21, respectively. She had seven strikeouts in the win over the Braves. In her other win on the week, against Lees-McRae on April 18, she allowed two runs on six hits with five strikeouts and two walks in seven innings.
