A senior from Wilmington, North Carolina, Harrison Wierse tied for 10th overall to lead Barton to a sixth-place finish (out of 18 schools) in the highly-competitive Lander University Bearcat Fall Invitational Sept. 11-12 at the Forest Hills Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. 

Wierse, the top conference finisher at the event, carded a six-under 210 (72-66-72) on the par-72, 7,073-yard course. His 70 stroke average led the league on the week.
