A freshman forward from Sunbury, Ohio, Ella Froehlich of King closed out the month of October with 14 points on five goals and four assists. She was selected as the Conference Carolinas Women’s Soccer Player of the Week on Oct. 10, 2023.
In King’s 3-2 win over Belmont Abbey on Oct. 3, Froehlich had two assists and one goal. She also had a two-goal game in the month in a league win over Erskine on Oct. 28. Froehlich finished the regular season in the top-10 in Conference Carolinas with eight goals.
