A freshman from Weston, Florida, Tyler Troche of Belmont Abbey picked up wins in both singles and doubles against Johnson C. Smith.
Troche first teamed with Pedro Knippling to best the Johnson C. Smith duo of Jerome Adonis and Moises Difuti, 6-0, at No. 2 doubles. He followed that up by securing a 6-1, 6-3 victory over Adonis at No. 3 singles.
