A freshman from Utena, Lithuania, Nedas Giedraitis of Emmanuel helped lead Emmanuel to a 9-0 record during the month of October. He secured top-25 times in NCAA Division II during the month of October in both the 100 butterfly and the 200 butterfly.
In the Emmanuel Fall Inivite, Giedraitis helped Emmanuel to two relay wins in both the 200 freestyle relay and the 400 medley relay. He posted a split of 21.49 in the 200 freestyle relay and a 50.41 butterfly split in the 400 medley relay. In the Berry/Montevallo meet, Giedraitis collected first-place finishes in both the 100 butterfly and the 200 medley relay. His secured a time of 50.07 in the 100 butterfly, while posting a time of 22.23 butterfly split in the 200 medley relay.
