Timmons finished 35th overall at the Royals Cross Country Challenge earlier this month crossing the finish line in a time of 18:12. She was the second Conference Carolinas runner to finish the race. At the conference championships Timmons finished third overall with a personal best time of 22:27 which was a personal best. She posted the second best time in program history and earned first team All-Conference Carolinas honors.
