A senior from Stafford, Virginia, Meyer was stout at the dish last week, hitting .571 with one double. He scored five runs and drove in five. In last Friday’s doubleheader sweep of Chowan, Meyer went 3-for-4 with two RBIs in game one before going 2-for-3 with two more RBIs in the nightcap.
