Medeiros posted many solid swims in October for Emmanuel. At the Sewanee he competed in seven of nine relays, helping the Lions to six wins and one runner-up finish. He competed in the 200 yard butterfly, 200 yard breaststroke, 200 yard freestyle, 4x100 individual medley, 500 yard freestyle, 200 medley relay and the 200 yard mixed medley relays.
The freshman finished with splits of 23.42 seconds in the 50 yard butterfly, 25.75 seconds in the 50 yard breaststroke, 20.75 seconds in the 50 yard freestyle, 54.21 seconds in the 100 yard individual medley, 46.11 seconds in the 100 yard freestyle, 22.14 in the 50 yard butterfly and 20.81 seconds in the 50 yard freestyle.
At the Emmanuel Fall Invitational, he halped the 200 medley relay post a time of 1:33.01 with a 50 yard freestyle anchor leg of 21.01 seconds. He finished runner-up to a teammate in the 100 yard freestyle and 100 yard breaststroke with times of 47.10 seconds and 57.17 seconds. He then led off the 200 yard freestyle relay team with a 50 yard time of 21.33 seconds as the relay finished in 1:26.00.
