A sophomore from Williamsburg, Virginia, Yordanova competed in 10 heats and the team event as a top, mid-layer and tumbler in last Tuesday's win over Lander. She scored an 8.75 in Compulsory Tumbling, which helped the Crusaders to a program high.
Yordanova also scored a 9.45 in Pyramid Heat 2 and a near-perfect 9.95 in Pyramid Heat 3, matching the program high for heat 3. She registered an 8.7 out of 9.25 in Toss Heat 3. In the aerial tumbling pass, she scored a 9.6 out of 9.9, also matching a program high. In addition, she helped the team to an 86.87 in the team event.
