Against 15th-ranked Flagler College on Thursday evening, Sanchis made four total saves on nine shots faced, including three stops in the second half in a 1-1 draw against the Peach Belt Conference preseason favorites. On Sunday night versus Coker, he produced his first clean sheet with Francis Marion after tallying four saves on 10 shots faced in a 2-0 win. Sanchis made an outstanding penalty save in the opening minutes of the first half to seal the eventual shutout.
