A senior from Eldoret, Kenya, Jepleting made her season debut at the Converse Kick-Off Regional Preview on Saturday and was the top finisher for the Braves.
Jepleting finished eighth in the 6K race with a time of 22:42.9. The mark was the eighth-fastest in program history and helped UNC Pembroke to a fifth-place finish.
