The freshman from Valparaiso, Chile led the Flying Fleet to a fifth-place finish at the 17-team Jekyll Island Intercollegiate hosted by Lincoln Memorial University at Pine Lakes-Jekyll Island Golf Club.
Guzman posted rounds of 79 and 71 on the par-72 course for a 36-hole 150. She finished tied for ninth in the 95-golfer field. This is the second time this season Guzman has captured Conference Carolinas weekly honors.
