A senior forward from Hommersak, Norway, Oeksnevad finished last week with seven points in two wins for Lees-McRae. Oeksnevad opened last week by collecting two goals and an assist in the 4-0 Lees-McRae conference rivalry road win over King on Wednesday, Oct. 27. He scored both of his goals in a 52-second span in the victory. Oeksnevad closed out his efforts on the week by scoring one goal in the 5-2 Lees-McRae home conference win over Southern Wesleyan on Saturday, Oct. 30. The victory helped Lees-McRae earn the fourth seed in the upcoming Conference Carolinas Men’s Soccer Championship.
