A senior from Elizabethtown, North Carolina, Hancock led the Trojans to a third place team finish at the McDonough Cup at Rio Pinar Country Club. Hancock carded a four-under-par 212 at the 54-hole event. He opened play with a 69 at the 72-hole course and followed with rounds of 72 and 71 to tie for seventh in the 78-golfer field.
