A freshman from St. Charles, Missouri, Garvilla finished the month of October with an impressive 12 points on five goals and two assists.
Garvilla scored in four different matches with the freshman forward closing out the month strongly first with a goal and an assist in Lees-McRae’s 4-0 road win over conference rival King. He followed that up by scoring twice and assisting on another in the 5-2 regular-season finale win conference win over Southern Wesleyan on Saturday, Oct. 30 that allowed Lees-McRae to lock up the fourth seed in the Conference Carolinas Fall Men’s Soccer Championship.
Garvilla also scored single goals in matches with Mars Hill and Belmont Abbey.
