A setter from Pickens, South Carolina, Gillespie averaged 10.6 assists and 2.6 digs per set in the month of November for Francis Marion. Gillespie also added in six kills and seven block assists for the East Division champion Patriots. She ended Francis Marion’s thrilling five-set win over North Greenville in the Conference Carolinas championship match with a career-best 49 assists.
Gillespie had three double-doubles for the Conference Carolinas Tournament champions during the month of November.
