A junior from Naperville, Illinois, Kohut led Belmont Abbey to impressive non-conference wins over Queens and Tusculum. In the reverse sweep five-set road win over Queens on Thursday, Jan. 28, Kohut finished with a double-double with 25 kills and 12 digs. He also had 10 kills in the road win over Tusculum on Saturday, Jan. 30.
