A senior from Aguascalientes, Mexico, Diaz was incredibly successful this past weekend against Point, South Georgia State and Brenau.
On Friday, Jan. 21, Diaz finished first in the 200 freestyle (2:01.84) and 100 butterfly (1:02.71). Her 26.75 split on Jan. 21 in the 200 freestyle relay allowed her team to collect top honors with a time of 1:45.18.
On Saturday, Jan. 22, Diaz was part of the 400 freestyle relay-winning team (56.84 split and 3:45.94 total time).
