A senior from Elgin, Illinois, Lugo helped No. 7 Converse to a 261.310-249.975 top-15 victory over No. 12 Presbyterian College. Lugo competed as a top, base and tumbler in various heats in the victory that allowed Converse to improve to 5-0.
Lugo was solid throughout the team victory, but she was especially strong in helping Converse to a 9.85 in the inversion pyramid and a 9.8 in the 5 Element Acro. She also secured a 9.175 out of 9.55 (individual pass) in the 6 Element Pass.
