KINGSPORT, Tenn. – The 2026 Conference Carolinas Men's and Women's Swimming Championships are scheduled for Wednesday, February 18-Saturday, February 21 at the Kingsport Aquatic Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.

The first day of the Swimming Championships on Wednesday, February 18 will feature just one session with the finals for the opening evening scheduled to get underway at 4:00 p.m.

The final three days of the championship will feature preliminaries starting at 10:00 a.m. followed by the finals for that day that begin at 5:00 p.m. Conference Carolinas will honor its seniors at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20.

Emmanuel enters the championship seeking to its sixth straight men's title while UNC Pembroke is seeking their third straight women's title.

The preliminaries and finals each day will be streamed live on the Conference Carolinas Digital Network at ConferenceCarolinas.com/watch. Fans can purchase a daily pass for $10 or a tournament pass for $30. Commentary will be provided for the finals each day, but the preliminaries will just be video with no sound. Conference Carolinas will also stream the senior festivities live on Friday, February 20.
