NEWTON, Ky. – The 2026 Conference Carolinas Great Midwest Men's and Women's Bowling Championships will take place Friday, March 20 - Sunday, March 22 at Super Bowl Bellewood in Newport, Kentucky.

The event, which is a partnership between Conference Carolinas and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference, will feature a best-of-7 baker match play format with the championship matches being contested in the mega-match format. The regular season awards ceremony on Friday, March 20 following qualifying and before the women's first round as the championship matches and championship awards ceremony on Sunday, March 22 will be live streamed.

The event will feature six women's institutions and four men's teams. Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Emmanuel University, Thomas More University, Ursuline College and Walsh University will compete in the women's event while, Barton, Belmont Abbey, Emmanuel, Thomas More and Walsh will compete on the men's side.

Teams will compete in a qualifying round on Friday morning to determine seeding for the double-elimination bracket. The qualifying will feature three five-person team games with total pinfall determining bracket seeding. Both the men and women will qualify beginning at 9:30 a.m. on March 20 with the awards ceremony to follow.

The first three women's matches will start at 3:00 p.m. on Friday before the women's first two matches taking place at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

The women's second round will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and the men's second round will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The full schedule can be seen on the brackets.
