MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The 2026 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships are scheduled for Thursday, April 23 – Saturday, April 25 at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach.
The meet gets underway at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday with the four events in the heptathlon and decathlon along with the hammer throw. The track events get started at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
On Friday, the action starts with the heptathlon at 11:00 a.m. before the field events get going at 1:00 p.m. Action on the track starts at 2:00 p.m.
The final day starts at 10:00 a.m. with the field events and 11:00 a.m. on the track.

The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its conference Track & Field Rating Index (TFRI) this week and the University Mount Olive topped the
women’s rankings with Converse University on top of the
men’s rankings with. In the women’s rankings, Mount Olive is followed by Converse and UNC Pembroke while Converse is followed by Mount Olive and North Greenville University in the men’s rankings.
The event will be live streamed on the Conference Carolinas Digital Network via Hudl. Fans can purchase an all-tournament pass for $25 or a daily pass for $10 to watch the championship on the Conference Carolinas Digital Network. The streams can be accessed at the links above, along with the live results and ticket information.
Admission for the event will be $12 per day or $26 for an all-tournament pass. Tickets must be purchased through Conference Carolinas’ partnership with HomeTown Ticketing. A concession stand will be available. In addition, Conference Carolinas championship merchandise will be sold at the 2026 Conference Carolinas Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
