HIGH POINT, N.C. – Conference Carolinas was well-represented in Division II community engagement through Helper Helper according to recent reports released by the NCAA. Read the full Division II report here.
Converse College finished as the No. 5 ranked institution in all of Division II, while its women's volleyball team was the highest ranked women's team in the division. Converse also posted the No. 2 women's basketball, No. 6 women's tennis, No. 8 women's swimming, No. 10 women's golf and No. 10 women's soccer teams in D2.
Limestone College posted the No. 1 ranked field hockey team in D2 to go along with the No. 8 women's lacrosse, No. 9 women's volleyball and No. 9 women's golf teams in the division. On the men's side, Limestone posted three top 10 teams in D2 service hours with lacrosse ranking No. 4, wrestling ranking No. 8 and golf ranking No. 9.
Belmont Abbey College ranked No. 2 in men's wrestling service hours, while it had the No. 3 field hockey team in D2.
Conference Carolinas is a NCAA Division II athletics conference made up of 11 teams from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These institutions consist of: Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Converse College, Emmanuel College, Erskine College, King University, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, University of Mount Olive, North Greenville University, and Southern Wesleyan University.
