King's Kusmierz Named Conference Carolinas Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – King University's Hannah Kusmierz has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for meets ran during the week of Oct. 2 - 8, the Conference announced today.
Kusmierz, a sophomore from Orleans, Mich., ran a new personal-best 5k time of 20:21.12 on her way to a 13th place finish at the Gene Mullin Invitational hosted by Furman University.
Also nominated for Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week: Hanan Balawi (Southern Wesleyan), Tori Davies (North Greenville), and Sarah Rutto (Limestone College).
