Mount Olive's Hanle Named Conference Carolinas Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – University of Mount Olive’s Leah Hanle has been named the Conference Carolinas Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for meets ran during the week of Sept. 25 - Oct. 1, the Conference announced today. This marks her second POTW honor of the season.
Hanle, a sophomore from Lichtenstein, Germany, collected a top-25 finish at the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University. Hanle finished 21st overall out of 369 runners with a time of 20:29 in the 6K event, which broke her own 6K record by 20 seconds.
