Chowan's Myers Named Conference Carolinas Men's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C.Chowan University midfielder Trevin Myers has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 15-21, the Conference announced today. This marks Myers first POTW of the season and the second for Chowan.

Myers, a sophomore from Lehigh Acres, Fla., propelled Chowan to a 2-0-1 record last week, with the two wins coming against Conference Carolinas foes. He registered six points on three goals.

Myers found the back of the net once in a 3-0 win over Barton. The Hawks would play to a 0-0 tie with Lander, while posting a 3-0 win over Emmanuel with Myers scoring twice in the contest.

Myers currently ranks seventh in Conference Carolinas in goals (6).
