Barton's Wynn Named Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Barton College forward Kianna Wynn has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played Jan. 7-13, the Conference announced today. This marks the second POTW for Wynn and the third overall for Barton.
A senior from Knightdale, N.C., Wynn averaged 28 points, 12.5 rebounds, two assists and one steal to pace Barton to a 2-0 week in Conference Carolinas play with wins over King and North Greenville.
Wynn started her week by posting a big 35-point and 17-rebound double-double with three assists and one steal in a 72-53 win over King. She closed the week with 21 points, eight rebounds, one steal and one dime in a 63-45 league victory over North Greenville.
Wynn currently averages 24 points, 9.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and one steal per game. Her points per game rank first in Conference Carolinas, while her rebounds per game rank third.

Meg Crawford (Lees-McRae) - Averaged 12 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.3 blocks in three games. Posted one double-double.
Taylour Hunter (Limestone) - Averaged 16.5 points, four assists, one rebounds and one steal in two games.
Lochlain Corliss (Emmanuel) - Averaged 15 points, six rebounds, four assists and one block in one game.
Abigail Lewis (Converse) - Averaged 17 points, 6.5 rebounds and one steal in two games.
Jada Bacchus (Mount Olive) - Averaged 16 points, 11 rebounds, 2.3 steals, 1.7 assists and one block in three games. Posted two double-doubles.
