Barton's Wynn Named Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Barton College forward Kianna Wynn has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played Dec. 11-17, the Conference announced today.
Wynn, a junior from Knightdale, N.C., had a quite the season debut for the Bulldogs in their 103-53 win over Converse. The forward went 12-for-17 from the field and made two free throws to notch 26 points. Wynn would also pull down 17 rebounds (11 offensive), dish out three assists, collect one steal and register one block.
Wynn currently averages 26 points, 17 rebounds and three assists per game.
